Is everything you sell available on the website?
No. We also sell larger pieces of artwork and many other jewellery
items and beads.
Most of our products are one off items and change constantly.
Our full range can usually be found at our craft fairs. At
the moment our gemstone beads can be found in our Ebay shop.
If there is a particular item you are looking for please contact
us and we will do our best to help.
Where can I see your stall?
Take a look at our fairs and events page, new
dates/venues are added regularly. We usually exhibit in the
West Midlands area and West Yorkshire.
Making a purchase
Orders placed on the web site can be paid for by either Paypal,
personal cheque or postal order.
If you choose to pay
using Paypal your order will be processed as soon as we receive
confirmation of your payment.
If you choose to pay by cheque
or postal order we will email you an invoice upon receipt of your
order containing all the information you need to send us your
payment.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days. If there is a
delay we will contact you and keep you informed.

Payment
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received.
Wychbury accepts Paypal, cheques and postal orders. Please
note that delivery may be delayed when paying by cheque.
Wychbury offers a recorded/registered delivery option. If you
don't choose this option unfortunately we cannot be responsible
for mail lost in the post, however we do obtain a proof of
postage certificate for every item we send out.
Not happy with your order?
Let us know and return the items in the condition they arrived
within 7 days and we will send you a refund. Unfortunately we
cannot refund your postage.
Guarantee
In the unlikely event that repair
work is required due to faulty workmanship within 1 month from the date of purchase,
such repairs will be free of charge. You will only be required
to pay for the postage costs.
Privacy
Wychbury respects your privacy and your details
will only be used to contact you in respect of your purchases.
Your information will not be sold or made available to any third party.
